This is not the complete time from start to finish for a project, only the turnaround time for a single iteration of a design stage. Eon Digitals is not responsible for creating or populating website content unless purchased. In such cases, content and images will be created specifically for the client, with stock images purchased upon approval.
Eon Digitals keeps all client project information confidential. Both parties agree not to defame or disparage each other after project completion.
Eon Digitals keeps records of finalised designs to ensure clients can retrieve files if needed.

Eon Digitals provides design and development services. Technical support is limited to basic guidance; detailed training or installations on client systems are the client's responsibility. Hosting, CMS guidance, and email setups are provided, but technical issues on the client’s end are not our responsibility.
All feedback, revision, and refund requests must be submitted through the official OctaGroup Design Services TeamWork Account or official emails ending with '@eondigitals.com' to be considered valid.
